Might be alt or shift instead of ctrl, haven't used it for some...

Crows Nest also gives nice ring+nec+cloak... Just don't forget to choose tank or dps stuff, depending on what you want to play as in the future :)

I had that same problem, 5min with the live chat and it got fixed.
My theory is that it's connected with going from sub to f2p at some point :)
