Well, yes, with Rage, there is not enough players to do raids or world boss from what I read, So I don't think FC should reduce the difficulty (HP)...

How many players was that and at what time was it?

What would happen to the world boss if it spawned and there was only one or two players on line and then a lot of people would suddenly log in...

I have 655 Tier 3 Relics and 76 Tier 4.
I don't need shards, I already have 2 Tier 3 crafted weapons.

So I guess I will go and make some Ibis for the Americans.
