I have exact the same symptoms as OP, but local config / RDBhashes / antivirus do not help :( infact I even uninstalled and tried a new install and get the same issue, starts off with 4.1.3 or so...

Just wondering if anybody has got a 21:9 ultra widescreen monitor and played Conan on it?

Interested to know if if works at 2560x1080 res properly and if the UI is at the far edges etc?
