French Community Coordinator

This job is a full time position based out of our offices in Zurich, Switzerland. As the French Community Coordinator you will play an important role in maintaining and nurturing the French community for Age of Conan, as well as get the chance to work on other Funcom games. It is a diverse and exciting job with growth potential. You will report to the Senior Community Manager in Zurich.

Responsibilities

• Web site & forum communication with French communities
• Forum management of French communities
• Coordination of French fan site requests
• Quality assurance and input on French speaking Funcom websites
• Coordinate compilation of community feedback to developers
• Coordinate communication process for French version of Age of Conan

Job Role

Coordinating the community for French speaking areas

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in French, and preferably solid English skills
• Extensive experience in customer service, or experience from running communities (preferably in an online environment)
• Good organizational skills

Preferred knowledge:

• In-depth knowledge of MMO genre and MMO communities
• Experience with MMO community management
• Knowledge of vBulletin Message board administration
• Knowledge of basic web formats (HTML etc.)
