Hi, I am a returning player. When i played regularly I chose scarlet circle as my set of gear I wanted and collected a whole set. At some point since I left the Critical rating went from the 40ish that I remember it being to the now +5. When did this happen? I dont think I am imagining this. I would have never went with scarlet circle if I had known this.
