looking friendship with one guild

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a guild EU, with which ally myself to make T5.
Honestly I'm in a guild where I am fine (Destiny) and therefore I am not looking for a guild in which to enter. Within the Destiny we do one run T5 and one T6 in which I am engaged with my main character.
Therefore I would like to find alliance or partnership with a friendly guild that does T5 raid (although they are still in progress and they do not clean it) and who needs additional force in a mature and friendly player pug, with one conqueror or bear shaman (both well-dressed least T4, accessories prot and full AA) on days Monday and/or Friday, around 20:00 UTC+1
