you forgot to say make mode for Capture the flag into team deathmatch maps.. and the team with most kills wins...
All wrong, they need a better poster, k/d is garbage.
Teamplay is not kills, all classed goes dps spec its a focking joke.

stop k/d whoring, make pvp deeper, add some weight to it(deeper statistics, better metrics than just kills/win, some way for players to compete on individual lvl)
Mini games are fine and even balance and gear I can get behind, but after some time kiling for nothing just stops being interesting

4. yes, several ways to do it already on forums and TL, unchained minis is just one of it:
- link reward to power difference might work too (see 6. too)
- adding more pvp items in the tier will work
- nerfing the effect of pve gear in pvp will work
5. fix bugs
6. consequence system for actions (be it renown, a working criminal system, whatever...as long as it is transparent and offers new routes for both the victim and the predator)
7. more minigame rule options (be they deathmatch (as said already), made customizeable in a lobby or simply involving more parties (3 vs 3 vs 8 with gear differences for examples, hold the hill, reach point x etc.))
8. more stats in minigames (as nuadar says)
Most points are working fine with each other and it shows that there is a LOT of optimization potential in AoC pvp (e.g. more than 3 things HAVE to be done, for longevity you need 4, 5, 6, 7). Most things are even quite easy and fast to do (like maybe 2, 4, some of 5, 7, 8)...
meh I dont think they are going to give us more options for mini's at this point. Already have a premade option that is barely used. The truth is that even with the merge the population is not there. If anything the implementation of more maps with these deathmatch objectives is more realistic.
The premade option is not used, because it is bugged, rigid and did not add anything new.
If what you say is true about the population, all the more incentive to get to work and do something that tenders the casual crowd (unchained minis might be good for that, but also deathmatch or other minigame types or arenas (3 vs 4 vs 3 etc.). Current arenas are fine for practice, but there need to be some flexible sandbox.
I couldn't agree more on the 3 deciding factors.
