Magic damage coefficients for Tempest of Set.
Take note that I have not done such a test before. Numbers are calculated through spellweave and maximum damage buff after I go down from spellweave. I also took care to test this without “Twisted Rune of Set” debuff, as that adds +5% magic damage modifier. Tested on straw man dummies in guild city.
I only cared to test the spells that are in my build. The Idols are treated as pets and it would require more time than I am willing to spend to get accurate numbers here.
Spell damage with 843 magic damage (without rings, necklace, cloak and weapon):

Your Triumphant Life of Set hits Straw Man for 366 electrical damage.
Your Aura of Nebthu hits Straw Man for 684 electrical damage.
Your Vital Shock hits Straw Man for 806 electrical damage.
Your Column Lightning hits Straw Man for 1428 electrical damage.
Your Lightning Sparks hits Straw Man for 476 electrical damage. (1st tick)
Your Coils of the Serpent hits Straw Man for 706 electrical damage. (1st tick)

5 more damage. Coefficient is 5 / 371 = 0.0135

130 more damage. Coefficient is 130 / 371 = 0.35

Ok, thats it. I hope this was of a bit help and take it for what it is, just a quick test. The coefficients may not be 100% due to decimal rounding up / down from converting wisdom to magic damage and magic damage to base spell damage, but it should give a hint of what is correct.
note that most spells have a damage range, so the numbers might vary

Guessing 0.35 but should not be too hard to test since the calculations and procedure are all there. :)
That was just in case someone already had checked it out (hadn't the game at hand when I asked :p).
Anyway I just did the routine and the result seems to be that Lightning Strike coefficient would be rather roughly 0.5 (which is on par with PoM's Smite).
