jewels of turan HELP please Thanks

So i buyed jewels of turan most for free 50lvl. Have alleady 3 chars at 80. But i dont understand how i do it tryed to create a char but dident see any options to make it a lvl 50.


i just dont see any options also have a char at lvl 50 from before.

Make a character just like normal, when you finish it asks you if you want to be lvl 50.

dident work did get a gm to help me with it or live chat.. anyway thanks cheers
