I have two troubles with this quest. One may be a quest bug for me, though uncertain due to inability to locate older post and such.
1) What are the prerequisites for this Faction? I always forget when rolling a new toon...
2) When I get to a certain rank, rank 2 I believe, quest are no longer available in town for the faction.
How do I advance further with this faction or who do I speak with? Or better yet, who are all of the quest givers and ways of gaining standing?
