Was level 49, used offline leveling as encouraged by Funcom to level to 51 - can't use lvl 50 sword I've had for a few levels because "level too low"
EDIT: Had to wait an hour or so for it to work.

thing with offlinelevels is that while they add lvl or lvls it doesnt work as intended at first login, so you have some missing skills, combos etc - or for example that you couldnt use your 50 sword while you had it all ready
solution for it which im using is to while pumping offlines log in into game with this character straight away and after logg out completely to account name and password verification - it always work well for me after
