On the vendor this pet is clearly Enchanted. But when consumed it's suddenly mundaine, which affects arena rewards, XP and does not justify the price.

none of the guild ciries pets from vendors is enchanted
yes, all the pets are in a mess. Pet become companion, companion become mini-pet, mini pet become pet, actual pet name is not same as the consumable name etc.
