Hey,
I'm not a pro carnie but I can tell you this for starters :
Bladeweave is a must have for any carnage build.
Fleet of foot is a must for pvp.
Warlord is nice (not for the stam/regen but for the teamwide 6% speed out of combat (can be useful in outdoor pvp or Call of Jebbal)).
On the other hand Rend Flesh is not really good until you fully feat improved rend.
I can't say if you'd better fully feat it (by giving up General tree stuff) or drop it though.
