Daily Login Rewards Reset Timeframe

Does the daily login reward reset for the new daily reward exactly every 24 hours or is there a shorter time frame? According to this page on the AOC website, the rewards reset every 24 hours but I wanted to make sure that was the case in practice.

It's always been exactly 24 hours as far as I know. Happens at 7pm Central time in the US for me. Could figure out what time that is in your zone and check easily enough.
