Probably some obscure accomplishment. It sounds like it would be tied to some kind of other achievement, like the leap of faiths or time trials.

It's either bugged or I havent done enough things to brag about to a certain npc.
Need to get the title of this thread changed from "Humble Beggar" to "Humble Bragger" so it matches the Achievement.
I wonder if this Achievement could have something to do with getting all other achievements...
