I would very much like if someone could provide me with a current PVP build for a Ranger. I'm mostly interested in 1v1 and 1v2, meaning world PVP, but it would be nice if it would work in minis.
I've played a game back in 2011 and now i'm a bit lost with the builds...

What PVP level bracket are you talking about? Please always specify which level you need for PVP. I cannot remember my level-60 PVP build now: I mostly PVPed with my Ranger in minigames at level 60 on Crom last year and almost got to level 2, I think.
I have posted a PVE build before, but Yawgmoth rebuked it.

Start off with the 5 points in the first two trees if you are going for level 19 PVP.
I would use Search to find AFK enemies, use Broken Bones to jump off heights (BR, especially), an extra life does not hurt to finish off your opponents with your combos. The build also heavily relies on CC evasion.
You can always experiment and come up with your own builds: pick whatever suits you and take anyone's advice as just advice, not a solid answer.
