We are experiencing an unexpected issue where items have been deleted from characters in-game mail after the recent update. Players that experienced this issue must contact customer service for item restoration. You will only have 72 hours starting Friday, July 01, 2011 until the following Sunday at 11:59 PM EDT / 23:59 PM GMT - 4 (East Coast US Time) to claim those lost items. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

Refuge of the Apostate

The ‘Refuge of the Apostate’ solo dungeon is currently experiencing an issue with how the dungeon instances. Players will become locked out of the dungeon, or experience other problems within the dungeon. This issue is known, please do not contact customer support about this issue as they cannot offer any assistance until the issue is resolved on Friday, July 01, 2011 after a quick server restart.
