Loyalty Rewards and Premium Membership

Hey There,

I purchased a years Premium Membership thinking that I would get the rewards for the full 365 days. But haven't seen anything appear in my claims section..... Does this mean I have to wait the full year to get the spider cape and mount/pet?????

Feeling ripped...

The rewards are available in the Item Store, there's a specific button in the top left corner.
