need help with subscription hasn't come through yet?

i bought a 1 month subscription through Paypal, it says it's active and all ready to go, but when i log in, in game it says i still need to upgrade to premium? i contacted there customer support yesterday but they haven't bothered responding yet, any suggestions?

Usually takes 5-15 minutes after payment before it actually becomes premium. If it hasn't made you prem now in over a day and your Paypal was charged, then only the support/Live chat can help you with this.
