It is like a electrical wave of flames on range...with less dps and no AA upgrades. Cast time is channeling at 2s intervall, if i remember correctly...can't say cooldown.
Doesn't it KB aswell ?

And yes, the knockback is thunderclap...good in pve though, but a little too hard to get at the end feat tree.
