This is a great thread! But could someone also please post the location (coordinates) of Cang-Jei's shrine: the place where the Milestones Quest can be re-acquired.
The quest can be picked up by clicking on a scroll on the feet of a statue right behind the Entity milestone in PaikangQuote:

Just to be sure, you are putting the map poi files in the folder for Your second account also?
like: C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Funcom\Conan\Prefs\<second account name>\Waypoints
edit: to add something usefull you can also merge with your existing map poi by just opening the xml files in a text editor and then add <Waypoint type="custom" instance="uniqe number" name="waypoint name" position="Point(x-pos,y pos)" /> (switch uniqe number, waypoint name, x-pos and y-pos to what you want) between the <root> tags.
