Depends on the stats of either.
Dunno what level you are or what staff/dagger you trying to compare.
Dagger is usually paired with a tali.
Intel, crit, crit damage rating, magic damage are all good to look for on a demo.
Also mana, constitution, mana regen are helpful.
If it has dex, then its not for a mage/caster.
Sorry,at the end the campaign dagger given by cramaleico have inteligence,but when i pick it puts dexerity,maybe is a error of game.
Can you put the exact name of the item and level?
Always use whichever gives you more total +magic damage. Look at character screen.
The dagger lvl is 6 or 7 i dont remember and the name i dont remember neither. Anyway i put a lvl 13 cane now given by cramaleico and i do more damage caused i have more inteligence :D
