hey guys i've had a 12month gaming break with the addition of the RF ive decided to stick my head back in
question is do i waist time and resources on finishing the faction grind or do i focus on the RF and get T4 gear ?
my bear has a mix of tiger gear, T2 pcs and 1 T3pc and is wielding Grimwrest from AOK

Avoid the Raid Finder at all costs. My advice. This kills raiding and groups.
there are some items that are useful even in the highest tier raids, like the bb and jang-shi rings. other than that, i'd focus on raiding t3.5 and t4, then move on to t5 and t6. of course, you'll need a guild for that, since there are basically no pugs for those raids.
about ragefinder; avoid it, if you can. it's just a source of frustration.
Finish T3 (if you haven't) to get Amra's Pride.
Finish Brittle Blade to get Death's Ward.
Finish pet arena to get dps and prot necks.
Get dps ring from raid finder.
Get into T3.5/T4 raids.
