Bugged Central Area in the Game

There is a small area (maybe 0.5cmx0.5cm on my 1920*1200 monitor) right in the center in the screen that is clickable.

To check this, aim your cursor in the middle, press and hold the right button and move the mouse at the same time. The camera will not move, or will barely move, and the cursor will keep blinking. In all other areas, camera moves. The area is very tiny, so you have to find it carefully.
You can also equip a bow or crossbow and zoom in to get the target reticle. It will be right in the middle.

All hidden GUI is not on this spot either.

I run the full-screen resolution, no Nvidia Experience or any other on-screen programs, and this ruins my movement quite often when the cursor moves, but the camera does not.

P.S. It appeared only after the last patch.

Some do both. Some save screenshots of your screen. But at that point you might be calling it something else other than a keylogger.

just tested for this by going to first person view using the mouse scroll wheel until the target reticle appeared. Only when the target reticle appears, then that area of the screen (in the center) becomes non-responsive to mouse drags.

But seriously, it would be ridiculous to play in this view 100% of the time.

I tested it without the reticle (that means, zoomed out) on three different computers on two different accounts. The bug kept reappearing. It is a very small area and is only activated when you click it and move the mouse almost instantly. The characters barely responds to that or does not respond at all, and the curser starts reappearing intermittently until you release the right button.

I wonder if it is related to that really small window you see appear sometimes, right in the middle of your screen, when Age of Conan starts (but you never see the actual game window, and then you task kill it and launch it again) ... typically only happens when using Age of Conan Quickstart ...

Yes, I always see the console popping up and shutting down fast after the latest patch.
