Help on how to get specific horse dont know name for it

Hi hoping someone can help

so i never seen this horse mount before hoping someone can tell me how to obtain it.

The horse is very dark almost looks undead has cloth armour red and black on it and it have chained skeleton heads hanging down each side of it

anyone know how to obtain and what this mount is called

and pls note im not talking about the loyalty reward one

That sounds like the Swift Exanimate War Charger, it was a random drop from one of the previous Hoard of the Gladiator lottery boxes from item shop.
