Char Slot Missing?

Having a bit of a tussle with customer service over this & just wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue or if im going bonkers.

Pre anniversary I had 10 toons on my account & with the anniversary event had the free slot open (11th) so created a new toon straight away.
Now yesterday I was going through old toons to merge mats & I couldnt find my oldest toon so thought it had just vanished, anyways a quick response from customer service said its there but locked so after messing with the old-new/A-Z he pops up but then another toon is missing from the list.

Long an short of it is customer service is saying I have 11 toons with 10 slots but im arguing back thats not even possible as the create toon option is only there when you have an open slot so how the hell did I create 11 toons with 10 slots(which were all full)
Even when you havent unlocked a char it still shows up just with the padlock symbol so them saying that makes no sense.

Just seems to me that the anniversary slot vanished but they are 100% sure i created 11 toons on 10 slots, if so how the fck did i do that??

It does sort of sound like they removed one slot on you.

I will note it appears that I still have all my slots, including the anniversary one. Before the Anniversary I had 2 open slots available. I created my free 80, and now I still have 2 free slots.

Maybe try PMing either Spynosaur or Odon,, you may need an account specialist.

Hi Roragar,

It's possible, under certain circumstances, to end up with more characters than you have slots for.

This is due to the way character locks work and the way accounts can flip between Premium and Free modes; I've seen this kind of this happen before. It's really weird and can be confusing when it happens, but it does happen.

It looks like you already have a ticket in with Customer Service management, so we'll let our GMs handle it from there. Sorry for the trouble!
