been wondering about this for a long time.whats up with this debuff i get after casting LS? it stacks up to 5 time for a total of -16% dmg to call lightning and lighting strike just for casting it.hope im reading it wrong.

you don't get the stacks if you don't use one of the buffs, the blue one.. don't remember the name. and you can remove those stacks using blue or green heal.
Its Overload. You need to cast the blue heal to get rid of the debuff.
