You might see those t4 casters get a bunch of kills, but they get a bunch of deaths as well because none of them can kite. Also, most soldiers in pugs go for easy targets, so the hox in BB gear is going to get focused over the necro in t4 gear because there is no risk in attacking the hox while the necro might double icestrike you for 6k damage. Pug minis are a TERRIBLE example of any real class balance, so it does not matter if you went 50:5, all that says is that you had the better team, farmed a rez pad, and went unfocused almost all game. Take your t1 geared demo into a premade and see where you stand, and you see how the game is actually balanced, where soldiers have absolutely no counter, which is way they are making these changes.
It is not double damage on hellfire stream or shock with 300md difference.. Makes the rest of your post a rant when you open with a lie.

I'm sure you can wrap your head around it. In pvp the more numbers, the less effective melee are in dealing damage, and the more effective range dps becomes. In sieges the more numbers there are, melee become turtles to soak up damage so your backline can actually do the work. There are plenty of instances in 6v6 or even in sag tanks easily manhandles everyone.
Pug mini screenshots are always amusing. Want some of mine? It's too bad you can't easily show siege scores because I've gone 60/10 in some sieges loaded with t4 ranged dps, on my guard. Did 40/10 with s&s in a 48vs48 siege recently even... Sure, some demos and necros on my side had 100+ but they have range and sit in the back so what do you expect?
