It's a shame that polearm guard tanking never could get up to par with sword/shield tanking, but unfortunately don't expect anything to be done especially since no more AoC development.
or at least to be a reliable dps spec, i know in pvp is (or was?) strong but for pve not so much,Quote:

You can say the same about rangers, their skill trees are "broken" as hell too, you got increased damage on "combo attacks" amd reduced cooldown, thats it. At least guardians can somewhat play a different playstyle, try building a viable melee spec as rangers with your 2 or3 melee feats that are worthless.
Funcom wont change anything about it, for them the classes are done and don't need any further changes.
