I have for fight close range last BA(khitai). I love chargeKB. I and one nice dps... and all cloth/light/medium chars are dead. ChargeKB is nice for killing fleeing players. (for duels is better BC).

Yes i get that. But CC can be used (shold be used) also for team purposes. It's a question of dosing. Conqs don't need the charge KB for themselves i agree, but nevertheless it's a good tool be it used defensively, or offensively.

I would use BFC, but rout and besiege combo on a brute conq is so much fun! No doubt gimped compared to BFC.

If the Conq is charging people and getting help to finish them off then it's not fail. However, if he's just randomly charging everyone sure, it's pretty stupid.

Decent Conqs will get the clothie or lowbie seconds into the game, kill, get the refresh and then bowl over a higher threat. That makes sense, but if your just charging people to let them get away, especially a tank or barb that the conq has no intention of attacking after the charge your just screwing your team over.

The worst is when you ChargeKB to give yourself space to run away and give someone with full health KB immunity so they can do whatever. I almost want to leave the mini when I see conqs on my team do that...

However, you see less and less Carnage conqs now and mostly double bubble OLP conqs.

I did pick up the second bubble after the revamp, which I didn't used to use, but I only ever dabbled in carnage, as I always preferred the dynamics and animations of the 2H weapons. Especially now that I hardly play anymore, any deviation from my muscle memory on the conq would lead to an even more drastic reduction in my effectiveness. The only variation is that I often use BfC over OLP.

I was just wondering if anyone has tried out the rout and besige combo instead assail and breakthough for carnage. It seems pretty badass

I'd say it would be better to use BfC than those two. Rout and Besiege aren't all that great and the other versions of those combos are fine for what a carnage conq needs.

Fun to change it up to rout/besiege, same with olp.

Just wanted to jump in here. A lot of helpful posts so far! I was noticing a bit of a lack of Carnage specs. I was playing around with the talent calculator and came up with this for world/pvp:

Without being a PvP specialist, this specc looks like a weird PvE specc. But definitely not a PvP one.

Stone skin because as carnage you are rally weak against magic, and cunning deflection for he dots out of combat.
Plus also the charge refresh on kill, must have for carnage since it's only 1 point.

But i suggest you search in the conq sub forum for actual carnage PvP specc.
