Derled, escalate the problem (include the name of the GM) to help.funcom.com as well as Live Chat at register.ageofconan.com and write a new petition.
There might be some undermining work within the company (someone was getting laid off, perchance), and they need to locate the perpetrator.
After waiting long time the only think that the GM did was to give me the dragon spine flute in one of my character...
They just can't fix the mess and is really big one this time.
Would like to thank Funcom that finally made it very easy for me to leave from the game after 5years.
I just checked another char...lvl39:
- the totem of origin was there
- shop items were there
- nothing seems lost
Conclusion:
There must be a trigger linked to online time or other items (maybe by which they searched "multiple" "can only have one" items). Does not rule out sabotage as well, if not only some "can only have one" items or only some chars/accounts are affected.
A friend (lvl80) on the other hand has seemed to lack some items (social ones).
