Reaver is more for dual wields, and berserker is for 2h.
but the other poster is right, you should be able to do SOME combos with what you have.

This is strange. If you have a weapon in both hands then you should see the combos.
OK what i would do is remove the combos off your hotbar. Then bring up your book and go to the combo page. The combos you can use should be colored the 1s you cant should be grey. Since your holding 2 1 handers all the dual weapon combos you can use should be colored in. Drag and drop to your hotbar and try them. It could be a simple bug and you just might need to re do the bar to use them. This does happen sometimes.
If you are at all worried that your using the wrong weapons or maybe in the wrong slots go to the trader and buy 2 cheap 1 handers and make sure all 4 weapon slots are full with 1 handers. This will ensure that its not an issue of not using the right weapons in the right hands as all 4 will be in holding something.
If after this you cant use combos then yes petiton it. You might have a more serious bug.
There are 4 slots for weapons, 2 for main and 2 for alternate weaps. He could have his one handers in slots 1 and 3 and not in 1 and 2 like he should for duel wield.
