as you are talking about lvl 80 you're quite offtopic...anyway shadow blade procs shadow hex on target, each additional point increases max procs/min by 1

My D.T. is level 60. Battlemage cloak is level 45... Sagacious sets are around 40-60.
Instances I have tested with normal groups on my levelling templar were: Black Castle, Sanctum of the Burning Souls, Cradle of Decay, Toirdealbach's Tomb, Cistern, Main System, Catacombs, and Amphitheater of Karutonia so far.

usually dts dont go for tali tanking with mgc dmg while lvling ^^
