There are actually 8 and I want to have 12 for example.
It's not a xml file. It's CharacterSelectionList.swf if I'm not totally lost. You can't edit that without the source though.
When I logged in for the first time after the patch I noticed something was missing. It was the small part with Offline levels, but it felt like I was missing characters of mine. The list could now be extended all the way down now covering the space where the offline levels part used to be.
