Update notes 4.5 hotfix - February 19th, 2015

GENERAL
* The shrine of Chi'Fu-Shen in Kara Korum will now only provide its major blessing when the player does the correct emote.
* The shrine of Ciangda in Northern Grasslands will now only provide its major blessing when the player does the correct emote, the achievement for Ciangda is also added.
* Tapah can now be found with greater frequency in this location.
* The Rolling Hills vanity set no longer requires level 80 to wear.
* Fixed an issue with the Hyrkanian Pit Boss, where this item was incorrectly being bound on pickup.
* The Personal Chronicler of Deeds should now appear correctly when summoned.


CLASSES
Demonologist
* Demonologists with the First Circle VIII buff should no longer have problems summoning their new Abyssal Flameweaver pets.
* Fixed an issue where the Abyssal Flameweaver had collision.


QUESTS
City of Tortage (Night)
* Grave Invite - This quest can now always be picked up from Phoenic in the City of Tortage, providing the prerequisites are met.

Eiglophian Mountains
* Swallowing the Pride - This quest can now be reacquired from Rithriall if it is ever deleted from the quest journal.

Wild Lands of Zelata
* Bring Back the Dead - This quest can now be correctly picked up from Adeonus once the pre-requisites are complete.

Kheshatta
* Origin of Threat - This quest now requires the correct number of grotesque armor pieces (1) in order to be progressed.

Tarantia Noble District
* Paetus & the Nemedian Crown III - It should be possible to gain this quest from Gavion under all conditions, providing the preceding quest has been completed.

Field of the Dead
* The Hunt for Star-Metal - This quest can now always be acquired from Cerdia while the goal to collect the Ring of a Fallen Star as part of the 'Love of a Countess' quest remains incomplete.

Ardashir
* Gugalanna of Yimsha - This quest will now correctly be given to any player on the threat list of Gugalanna when it is killed.


ACHIEVEMENTS
* The 'Dead Man's Ledger' achievement should now be correctly awarded when completing the quest. The Chronicler of Deeds will now also correctly retroactively award this if already completed.
* Blood Fang in Thunder River now correctly adds its achievement when killed.
* The 'Lusts of the Flesh' achievement is correctly awarded when completing the corresponding quest.
* Fixed the achievement name for Origin of Species in Dragon's Spine (now correctly named 'The Snakes that Walk'). Also fixed an error where this achievement was not being awarded under any conditions.
* Killing Sodabeh in Hardmode will also award the achievement for defeating her in Fort Ardashir.
* The 'Love of a Countess' achievement is correctly awarded when completing the corresponding quest.
* The 'Curses of Travius Blacktongue' achievement is correctly awarded when completing the corresponding quest.
* The quest 'Paetus & the Nemedian Crown IV' should now add its corresponding achievement when completed.
* The achievement 'Sealed in the Blood of Set' is now also awarded if completing the quest 'Sealed in Torrents of Blood'. Speak to the Chronicler of Deeds if you have previously completed the later quest too.
* The quest 'Herbs in Villa Amiel' should now add its corresponding achievement when completed.
* The quest 'A Fools Dream' should now add its corresponding achievement when completed.
* The Barbarian King achievement should now be correctly awarded to all players and also correctly credited when speaking to the Chronicler of Deeds if the pre-conditions are met.
* Killing Bhangi Khan both normally and as a Trial of the Godslayer will now give proper credit for Pillars of Heaven Mastery
* Corrected an error in the time calculations for Thoth Amon's Master and Veteran trials. This correction also modifies the Master and Veteran timers for Thoth Amon's Stronghold: Upper Floor.
* 'The Gugalanna of Yimsha' achievement has been moved to Dungeon Master > Turan > Challenge.
* A new achievement has been added for Questing in Turan 'Menace of the Black Circle'. Speak to the Chronicler of Deeds if you have already completed this.
