Update Notes 4.5 hotfix - February 10th, 2015

GENERAL

• The Gutter Rat has returned to Old Tarantia after a brief vacation.
• The Dapple Grey horse functions correctly once more.
• The door within Tortage Underhalls leading back to the Temple of Mitra now functions correctly again.

ACHIEVEMENTS

• A number of quests from the Wild Land of Zelata which were providing the wrong achievements when speaking to the Chronicler of Deeds have been fixed. You may need to speak to the Chronicler of Deeds again to get your quests here re-awarded.
• The Chronicler of Deeds will now correctly award players with their achievements for being rank 4 with : Wolves of the Steppes, Hyrkanians, Tamarin's Tigers and the Scholars of Cheng-ho. Speak with the Chronicler of Deeds again to have these achievements correctly awarded.
• The Resourceful title should be correctly awarded when leveling your last class to level 80. If you have already achieved this then speak to the Chronicler of Deeds about your advancement and he will award you the achievement.
• The Chronicler of Deeds will now give credit to any player who has completed the quest 'Emeralds in the Rough' with the achievement "Old Emerald".
• Fixed an issue with the "Kara Korum Race: Aspirant" achievement. Anyone having completed this achievement already should speak with the Chronicler of Deeds to ensure a certain meta-achievement will be completed correctly.
• Fixed an error where it was possible to get the 'Notorious Drunkard' title under the wrong conditions. For any player who has correctly gained this title you will need to speak to the Chronicler of Deeds again to have it re-awarded.
• "The Emissary" and "The Emissary's Return" should correctly be awarded by the Chronicler of Deeds if the pre-conditions are met.
• The "Armsman Challenger" achievement should now be correctly awarded after speaking to the Chronicler of Deeds if the pre-conditions are met.
• Looting the Corpse-Waker's Stash in Refuge of the Apostate will also provide achievement credit for having killed the Corpse-Waker.
• The Target of Interest achievement for Hong Gildong will now correctly update under all conditions.
• Chief Uruk'Ar will now correctly award his Target of Interest achievement when killed.
• The Dangers of Decadence quest should now correctly award its achievement when completed.
• "The Vilerus Club" achievement should now correctly be awarded when completed successfully.
• The following pets will now increment the pet counter stat:
