What's the best way to get to a veteran vendor without doing Tortage?

Hey, just wondering if there is a way to get a new character to a veteran vendor without doing the tortage zone..

The reason being.. I'd like to use use the points before my premium membership expires, but i'd like to save doing tortage again until later.. I just did it on my main character and would like to leave it for a bit as i really enjoy the atmosphere there.. i feel like rushing it so soon after the last time i did it.

Thanks for any suggestions.. i suspect this is not possible though?

You cant leave tortage before 16lvl so you cant go to veteran vendor.

Your tokens won't expire. New toons you make while froob will also have them.
