Target Dummies

I havent played this game for a very long time and want to check my rotations, where can i find these(dummies)?

Target dummies may be purchased from the veterans' vendor and, it seems like it is some of the claims packages depending on subscription, etc. I hope this helps...

Target dummies can also be found in guild city so....join a guild with a city :)

You can also play with them on Test Live Server with a variety of options for your toon.
