Here's my problem.
At the login screen, if I click "Settings" I only get "Exit Game" and "Resume Game" options.
Same result if I hit ESC or F10 while in game.
I used the "Repair Broken Data" but it didn't help with it.
Anyone else had this problem?

Sounds like the ui file is missing some data in it.
Go to your funcom folder. Data and locate your ui. In one folder you will have two folders, customised and default. Rename default to default1. Now create a new folder and name it default.
Once you've done this run the patcher. If you get an error then run patchersetup.exe. If that also gives you an error you have to go back and delete the new folder you create and rename default1 > default again and find the correct files to delete.
Running patchersetup.exe should let you re download your ui if you have nothing in that folder :).

Update: deleting the GUI folder, patching and repairing worked.
Now, even with Stonerune installed, the Audio/Video/Interface options correctly show up when they should.
