PVE AA's for necro

Hi, I'm a fresh 80 necro and was wondering what AA's are must haves for PVE? 6 mans / raiding?

I know precise strikes and decisive strikes are must haves. what other ones should i take?

will of sublime, soothing glamour, supreme lich and then start working on chilling breath(its only good after 3 points), decays of nature usualy combines well with it.

Chilling breath at rank 5 increases spell damage coefficient by 65%. This is not true. In fact it replaces the old coefficient with 0.65.
