i know that the conqueror can rez. But how i m lv 21, spe dps (carnage + general).

Search for the abilities "Resurgence" and "Furious Resurgence" in your ability tab.

Resurgence is an out of combat rez (cd : 10s).
Furious Resurgence is the in-combat rez (cd: 10 min).
