Please FC! Fix the Shader 3.0 freeze issue!!!

It's been a few years since this weird issue came up for some people (since the Godslayer release to be more specific) and I'm very surprised to see that it is not fixed two years later! I mean, come on FC! This is ridiculous!

Details on the issue:

Switching to Shader 2x or Shader 3.0 (or DX10) from the display properties causes random freeze issues.
And I'm not talking about some minor bug but an entire desktop freeze that leaves no other option but hard reset!!!
Not that shader 2.0 is that bad but honestly, this is unacceptable by a tripple A game developer.
I came through enough testing to know that the issue is not in any way related to drivers or hardware, it's an AoC client issue and has to be fixed by FC's programmers.

And it's not just me reporting this issue. People have been complaining for years and that makes me wonder if FC devs are even reading these forums.
