It may be corrupt, just get a guildie or someone you know to post theirs on here or send it to you. You can open it in any txt editor and replace whats inside. If someone hasnt posted by the time i reach home I will.

This has happened to me twice in the past. Maybe funcom could sticky a copy of the EU and US localconfig.xml files for ppl who need it.
