I wonder if they could add some color themes to the forum, also I miss the new topic title font from the posted preview screen?
Basically this looks the same than before... hoped for a little polish here and there. Not a big fan of the yellowish background.
First of all, good job on merging the forum communities. It will be nice to interact with players of AOC from all around the world. The archives that are available should help alleviate the concern I had about the loss of the game's history.
One issue: I figured, with the merge of the forums, that you would update the look and feel to be more consistent with the AOC main page. Is this still coming? Also, vBulletin 3.8.7 is getting somewhat decrepit, considering they are at version 5 now. An upgrade, with an improved mobile experience, would probably be a good idea.
The plans to change the actual look of the forums and also to update to a newer version of vBulletin are still valid. We didn't want to postpone the actual "bringing together" of the communities any longer though so that is why we decided to stick with the current look and setup for now. But we are still going to do all the planned changes.

Try to log out and log in again. When you first login the "You last visited" date is set to 1970. Not sure if that is causing it or not, but once I logged back and got a decent last visit data the read forums were marked correctly read.Quote:
