Local Config File info

Just posting it for any that find they have gotten it corrupted.. Simply go to your AoC folder and either edit the existing LocalConfig.xml or if its not there create one and put this info. Will try to update for each patch or if FC wishes they can always post a default one in this area and sticky (hint hint)
