Questions about Factions and Gear.

I just hit 80 and I am having trouble figuring out what which factions to go with. Based on information I found on aoc armory and some threads here I am considering Tigers, Wolves, Legion, and Brittle Blades. Completely unsure about the Children and Yellow priests. All my concerns are with PVE. My main spec is Tanking, and my offspec is DPS. I also have 2 other tanking specs (one physical based and one magical based). If I decide to do PVP I will just get the gear from the item store to start out. Are these factions good choices? I am open to suggestions. Also what tanking stats do i want the most of? Or should i just get a bit of everything?

Here's what I would do:

Head - LL or Ardashir Fort Helm
Chest - LL
Legs- LL battlement legs
Wrists - LL
Shoulders - LL
Gloves - Tigers but considering their rarity go for whatever you can get.
Boots - Wolves if you are prepared to do that kind of grind but if not maybe LL again.
Belt - Wolves/Tigers is an easy drop

Depending on the people you play with you can substitute almost any of this for the dragon spine or unchained sets which are approaching T4 in stats.
