US Server Downtime - May 13th

Due to the data transfer related to today's move of the EU servers, the connection for US players is also affected. This results in some players experiencing latency issues and disconnects. To avoid any possible issues, we will take the US servers offline for one hour while the data transfer is in process.

The US servers will be taken down on May 13th, 13:30 GMT / 9.30am EDT / 6.30 PDT. The duration is scheduled to last around 6 hour. (extended downtime ... see posts below)

The data transfer takes a little longer than estimated. The downtime needs to be extended by 1 hour.

The data transfer is proceeding. We unfortunately need to extend the downtime by another 4 hours (total of 6 hours) to make sure everything will be set and ready as intended again. We apologize for the delay.

The US servers are now available again.
