Best OOC speed bonus gear?

Im just curious if anyone has a recommendations to what gear gives us (Demos) the best OOC speed bonuses. Im aware of the veteran boots that give +10%, what other cloth gear is out there that gives similar bonuses? or where are they found? I just want to have a speed suit for fun. Thanks

There are a few pants with 5% and then there is the item shop ring for like 3000 points or so.

Do you know of any other items like wrists, belt, hands, chest , head pieces that give the bonuses as well? Im having trouble finding any information on any of them.

No, there isnt of what i know at least. ring + shoes + panties + legendary cloak.

25% OOC speed is pretty awesome... :) Fire up HOTU and run like Speedy Gonzales..

Its actually 30% for hands, but im looking to improve upon that.

Veteran boots give +10% OOC speed and cost 8 vet. tokens or smting...

the 5% pants will be something I want to get, illprobibly have to farm epic kesh for them. I was hoping for more gear( IE:necklace, helm, chest, wrists, belt) that would have speed bonus on them.
