Nothing left to try

A group of friends and I wanted to come back to see what this game is like these days, but I have run into the same buggy stuff from release. I just want to try to play...that is all. When I start the game it goes straight to an empty vista that I can only assume is the character select screen. There are however no characters indeed there are no buttons or anything. Escape does nothing in fact not a single key on the keyboard does anything. I don't even see a login screen at any stage. Everything is installed have repaired files, updated video card nothing changes this. Have tried all the patcher launchers present in the installation directory.
Oh well it seems this game is still in the same state it was when I left

Do you buy a house and just leave because there was nothing in it?

For myself, I don't know what bugs you're talking about. Never had a problem with my install and have only had two problems with quests, both easily corrected by /petition.

Hum why do you put this thread if you going to Rift, without trying customer service or wait for someone who know how to it.
